At Needle & Thread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
