What is your shipping policy for international orders?

How should I care for my Needle & Thread pieces?
Due to the delicate nature of our hand-beaded embellishments and tulle fabrics, we strictly recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store your garments hanging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and detail.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain bespoke or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations. If you made an error, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible to see if we can assist before dispatch.
